Dear Families,

 

I am delighted to see so many of our students finally back in the school building. While this is no small undertaking, we are committed to doing what is best for our students socially, emotionally and academically. It has taken extensive planning and flexibility by everyone, but it fills me with joy seeing all of our Blended Learning students in Kindergarten through fifth grade back in school five days per week. As always, we continue to adhere to social distancing and all COVID health and safety protocols. We understand and respect that some families continue to prefer to have their children fully remote at this time.

 

As we approach the year mark when we first heard of COVID-19 and we were all forced to quarantine and learn remotely, we will be forever mindful of the resilience and perseverance of our staff and families. Throughout this academic year so far, members of our community have come together in learning to reimagine what school looks like. Above all, we are in awe of everything the children have accomplished, and our students continue to amaze and surprise us.

 

We thank you for your continued patience and flexibility. We will be communicating with you every step of the way as we always do. Amy and I feel so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful place that we call our home away from home.
